10717 ALLEN DR HVAC permit issued for AC and furnace install
Divine Services, a licensed HVAC contractor, is replacing the AC and installing a new gas furnace at 10717 Allen Dr. for owners Clarence L. Cain and Geraldine Cain. The single-system residential swap is a 2-ton unit with the equipment in the crawl space and the condenser at ground level, no new ductwork, and an estimated project value of $7,500.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
