10709 GRAPE ARBOR DR HVAC replacement permit issued
WCA Group LLC is replacing the HVAC system at 10709 Grape Arbor Dr for owner John T Hershour. They’ll be installing a Carrier upflow 90/90 4-ton dual-fuel combo with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level, a project estimated at $23,725 to keep the house comfy year-round.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
