401 Arlington Meadows Dr mechanical permit issued for furnace and AC replacement
Buffat Services Inc is replacing the furnace and air-conditioning system at 401 Arlington Meadows Dr for owner Megan E. Schindler, and the mechanical permit has been issued. The gas-fired swap covers one 3-ton system — air handler/coil and a 90% efficiency furnace — with the equipment going in the basement and the condenser on ground level outside. The project is estimated at $10,000.
