987 Vine Street applied for mechanical permit to replace furnace and AC system
BUFFAT Services Inc is replacing the furnace and AC system at 987 Vine St for owners David M. and Marcy Lynn McAllister, and the residential HVAC replacement permit has been issued. The project—estimated at $8,000—covers a single 3-ton system including a 90% furnace, condenser/heat pump, and a new air handler/coil with the equipment staged in the basement and the condenser at ground level outdoors. No new ductwork or rooftop units are planned.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
