1806 EASTERN PKWY issued for HVAC Residential - Replacement
WCA Group LLC is doing a like-for-like HVAC replacement at 1806 Eastern Pkwy for owner Kevin B. Smith. They’ll install a Carrier 3-ton A/C coil (upflow in the basement) with the condenser staying at ground level; the project is estimated at $9,703 and involves no new ductwork for this single-family home.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
