7612 Alyssum Dr issued for HVAC replacement (AC and furnace)
David M. and Peggy L. Beard have an issued permit to replace the HVAC system at 7612 Alyssum Dr. They're swapping out the AC and furnace—replacing the air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and an 80% gas furnace with a like-for-like 2.5-ton setup (equipment in the basement, condenser at ground level), estimated at $4,000 and with no new ductwork planned.
