9809 Fairmount Rd issued for a new HVAC unit and ductwork
True Balance HVAC is installing a new gas HVAC unit with new ductwork at 9809 Fairmount Rd for owner Raymond Juan Duruthy, with the project value estimated at $5,000. The single-family job puts the equipment in the attic and the condenser at ground level, and inspectors will require permanent on-site ladder access—so it sounds like a tidy one-system upgrade for the house.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
