6806 Shibley Ave HVAC replacement permit issued
Bryant Heating & AC is replacing the AC and furnace for Terri Bowles at 6806 Shibley Ave, and the residential HVAC replacement permit has been issued. The Bowles Living Trust project swaps the air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and an 80% furnace for a single 4-ton gas system (equipment in the basement, condenser at ground level), with no new ductwork planned and an estimated cost of $4,000 (fees paid $105).
