2110 INDIAN CHUTE applied for permit to replace air handler and heat pump
Wm L. Brewer & Son Htg. & A/C is replacing the second-floor air handler and a 3.0-ton heat pump at 2110 Indian Chute for owner Kelli M. Miller. The electric HVAC replacement is estimated at $10,000, will put the air handler in the attic with the condenser at ground level, and requires on-site ladder access for inspections with no new ductwork proposed.
