11611 GAMAY LN HVAC replacement permit issued
Bryant Heating AC is replacing the air conditioner and furnace at 11611 Gamay Ln. The single-family home owned by Medley Wesley will get a like-for-like 2.5-ton gas system swap — new air handler/coil, condenser/heat pump and an 80% furnace — with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level. It looks like a straightforward replacement (no new ductwork or rooftop units) with the project estimated at $3,000.
