Elder Heating AC (licensed pro Kaylee) is replacing a single electric HVAC system at 5001 Nitta Yuma Dr for owner Andrew P Bollinger Living Trust. The project, estimated at $8,900, swaps out the air handler/coil and the condenser/heat pump for a like-for-like 3-ton system. The permit has been issued, the condenser will sit at ground level, and no new ductwork is planned.
