8406 BAYOU WAY HVAC replacement permit issued

Bowmans Heating And Air is replacing the HVAC at 8406 Bayou Way for owner Everdet Acres LLC, installing one air conditioner, one evaporator coil and a gas furnace as a 2.5-ton single-family system. The mechanical permit has been issued with the project value estimated at $5,000; the condenser will sit at ground level and no new ductwork is planned.
