Morgan Lorinda Wallace is swapping out the gas furnace at 9405 Tamarisk Pkwy with a residential HVAC replacement permit on file. Bryant Heating AC is the contractor; the work installs an 80% gas furnace in the basement (outdoor condenser at ground level) with a project value estimated at $2,000.
