3909 Manner Dale Dr HVAC Replacement Permit Issued
Prudential HVAC is replacing the gas HVAC system at 3909 Manner Dale Dr for the Aubrey Family Living Trust (owners Donna and Nathan Aubrey). The issued permit covers a like-for-like 2.5-ton swap—new air handler/coil, condenser heat pump and an 80% furnace—with the equipment in the basement and the condenser at ground level; the record oddly lists an estimated cost of $1, so that figure is likely a placeholder.
