4012 Clyde Dr HVAC furnace replacement
Kentuckiana Comfort Center, Inc. is replacing the gas furnace at 4012 Clyde Dr. for owner Equity Trust Company Custodian FBO M, installing an 80% furnace in the basement with the outdoor condenser left at ground level. This single-family HVAC replacement keeps the same 2.5-ton capacity and is estimated at $3,000 — a straightforward like-for-like swap to keep the heat humming.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
