1032 ELLISON AVE replaced full HVAC system and ductwork
Buffat Services Inc is replacing the full HVAC system and ductwork at 1032 Ellison Ave for owner McKree Properties LLC, installing one three-ton system with the air handler located in the attic and the condenser at ground level. The residential replacement is estimated at $10,000 and requires permanent on-site ladder access for inspections.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
