528 Brentwood Ave HVAC replacement permit issued
Brian Decker of DeckerHVAC, the licensed HVAC contractor on the job, replaced the home's gas furnace (an 80-rated unit) in the basement at 528 Brentwood Ave for owner May Ronald. The residential replacement permit is issued with the project estimated at $3,000, and no new ductwork or rooftop equipment was included.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
