5846 WAVELAND CIR HVAC Residential - New permit issued
Air Support LLC is installing a new secondary upstairs HVAC system at 5846 Waveland Cir for owner Ami Alexandra Arnold, capping the inadequate existing duct run and putting all new ductwork on an attic platform so the second floor won’t be left out in the cold. The project uses a 2‑ton heat pump air handler with a 5 kW heat kit, metal trunk line with R8‑insulated flexible ducts and a ground‑level condenser, with the job estimated at $18,000.
