1129 JULIA AVE issued for new HVAC system and attic ductwork
That HVAC Dude is installing a new electric HVAC system for owners Milton Kenneth W. Jr. and Angila at 1129 Julia Ave, with a project value estimated at $15,200. The work includes new ductwork in the attic, two systems with a 1.5‑ton air handler and a 1.5‑ton heat pump plus a new lineset, and a condenser that will be mounted to the roof wall; ladder access will be provided for inspections, so the house should be cool and comfy soon.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
