6915 Rock Hollow Dr issued for HVAC furnace replacement
Peterman Brothers (licensed pro Robert Luckett) is replacing the gas furnace at 6915 Rock Hollow Dr for owner Bass Nakrista A, installing an 80% efficiency furnace in the basement with no new ductwork planned. The residential HVAC swap is estimated at $4,000 and the permit has been issued, so this looks like a routine furnace update rather than a big renovation.
