2621 S 5TH ST issued for HVAC mechanical permit for furnace and A/C
MGG LLC is giving Unit A (downstairs) at 2621 S 5th St a comfort upgrade by installing a Carrier 60,000 BTU 92% efficient gas furnace and a Carrier 2-ton 15 SEER air conditioner with coil, plus a complete supply and return duct system. This single-family HVAC alteration includes ground-level condenser placement and is estimated at $7,500.
