3502 River Park Dr HVAC replacement: furnace 80% and 2.5 ton AC/coil
A+DERR Heating And Cooling is replacing an 80% gas furnace and a 2.5‑ton AC/coil for owner Keith Williams at 3502 River Park Dr. The residential swap is estimated at $5,000, with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level—same-size equipment, so it reads like a straightforward like-for-like update rather than a major system overhaul.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
