1025 Bluegrass Ave HVAC Replacement Permit Issued

Beverly Rafferty has hired Prudential HVAC to replace the gas heating and cooling system at 1025 Bluegrass Ave. The work swaps in a single 2-ton system—replacing the air handler/coil, condenser/heat pump and a 90-rated furnace—with the air handler located in the basement and the condenser at ground level outside. The permit for the residential HVAC replacement has been issued.
