4210 NORBOURNE BLVD issued Mechanical Permit for HVAC replacement
Thompson Heating & Cooling Service, LLC is replacing the HVAC at 4210 Norbourne Blvd for owner Clemons Properties V LLC, with the project estimated at $21,032. They’ll remove the old equipment and ductwork, install new supply and return ducts reconfigured to current code, put in a 95% gas furnace vented to the exterior and a 2.5-ton 14 SEER condenser with matching indoor coil, add condensate overflow protection, electrical conduit and line set work, and finish with a digital thermostat and system startup.
