418 Village Lake Dr HVAC Furnace Replacement Permit Issued
Prudential HVAC is set to replace a gas furnace for Patricia O’Malley at 418 Village Lake Dr. The single-family property, owned by Village of Beckley Woods Inc., will get one 80% furnace installed in the garage mechanical room with no new ductwork planned. The residential HVAC replacement permit has been issued to the licensed contractor.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
