204 Hoffman Ln 101 issued mechanical permit
Arden Oxmoor Apartments LLC has been issued a new residential HVAC permit for Building 400 — twelve units — at 204 Hoffman Ln, Unit 101. The $25,000 project calls for 12 electric HVAC systems with new ductwork and rooftop condensers (equipment staged on Level 1), so you’ll see rooftop units rather than boilers.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
