7107 VENETIAN WAY HVAC replacement issued for 4-ton heat pump

Stellar Mechanical is replacing a 4-ton HVAC system at 7107 Venetian Way for owner Secret Place Investments LLC, installing a new 14 SEER heat-pump air handler, air-handler box and filter rack, plus a new lineset, pad and whip disconnect. The residential replacement (equipment in the basement with the condenser at ground level outdoors) is permitted with an estimated project cost of $8,300.
