2639 DRAYTON DR HVAC replacement - install new A/C and furnace
Four Seasons HVAC is stepping in to replace the heating and cooling system at 2639 Drayton Dr for owner Kelly Gillooly. The gas-powered replacement includes a 2.5-ton swap with a new furnace, air handler/coil, and condenser/heat pump — equipment located in the basement with the condenser at ground level — with a project value estimated at $9,200. The permit has been issued to the licensed contractor to move forward with the work.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
