960 Baxter Ave HVAC permit issued for new system
Omar Heating & AC Plus will install a new residential HVAC system at 960 Baxter Ave for owner Shamlight LLC, working from a mechanical engineer’s design as the interior is demolished and reconfigured into apartments. The project calls for new ductwork, rooftop condensers and about 12 systems (most sized around 12,000 BTU), with the work estimated at $150,000.
