1407 Weyler Ave HVAC replacement permit issued
ADW & Associates LLC applied to swap out the gas HVAC equipment at 1407 Weyler Ave, a residential replacement project estimated at $2,000. It's a straightforward, like-for-like changeout of a single 2.5-ton system — replacing the air handler/coil and an 80 AFUE furnace, with the equipment in the basement and the condenser on ground level.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
