Climatec has filed a mechanical permit to replace a 4-ton water-source heat pump at 222 E Witherspoon St Unit 1001 for Waterfront Park Place Condominium Association. The electric replacement, estimated at $20,652, is a like-for-like swap keeping the same 4-ton capacity with the condenser on the roof (equipment located above level 2), no new ductwork, and ladder access will be provided for inspections.
