3672 Parthenia Ave issued for HVAC gas package unit replacement
C & L Heating AC Inc is replacing the residential HVAC at 3672 Parthenia Ave, installing a single gas package unit for owner Jason Zoeller. The 2-ton ground-level unit is a straight replacement with no new ductwork, estimated at $7,500, so it looks like a quick swap rather than a big remodel.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
