1226 Hull Street HVAC replacement permit issued

One Choice Mechanical LLC is replacing the gas HVAC at 1226 Hull St for owner Alivia Riesenberg — a like-for-like 2.5-ton swap with new ductwork and an estimated cost of $4,000; the permit has been issued. Work will finish running flex duct leads through the crawlspace and tie them into the plenum, set the outdoor condenser and disconnect, braze and pressure-test the line set to 500 lbs of nitrogen, vacuum the system, run the vent for the 90% furnace, and test all equipment.
