6100 RODES DR HVAC replacement permit issued
Brandi Crawford is swapping in a new high-efficiency gas furnace at 6100 Rodes Dr for owner Michael B. Crawford. The residential HVAC replacement installs a 21-inch-wide, 90% efficient, 100,000 BTU gas furnace (one system) with a project value estimated at $7,368, and the outdoor condenser will sit at ground level.
