8938 Gentlewind Way HVAC replacement permit issued
Peterman Brothers is doing a one-for-one replacement of the electric HVAC system at 8938 Gentlewind Way for owner Sonja C. McDaniel. The project swaps the air handler/coil and condenser heat pump for the single-family home, keeps the same 3-ton capacity, requires no new ductwork, and is estimated at $13,793.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
