2225 GARRS LN furnace replacement permit issued
Robbins Heating & A/C Co., Inc. is replacing the gas furnace at 2225 Garrs Ln for owner DND Properties LLC. This residential HVAC replacement (one system on Level 1) installs an 80 AFUE furnace with no new ductwork required, estimated at $3,500, and the permit has been issued to get the home back toasty.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
