10121 Autumn Gardens Way furnace replacement
Belinda Armitage is having a gas furnace replaced at 10121 Autumn Gardens Way. The work, handled by Tom Drexler Plumbing for the Autumn Gardens Condominiums Council, is a single-system replacement (furnace only, an 80% furnace) with an estimated cost of $10,545. The unit will sit in a closet, no new ductwork is planned, and the outdoor condenser remains at ground level.
