C & L Heating AC Inc is installing two new HVAC systems for Edward Rhawn at 168 N Galt Ave on behalf of owner RHAWN PROPERTIES LLC as a residential replacement project. The work replaces the air handler/coil and condenser heat pump for the single-family home, is estimated at $15,400, and the condensers will sit at ground level with no new ductwork or rooftop units planned.
