Automatic Air Corp is replacing the AC and furnace at 1867 Douglass Blvd, Apt 1 for owners Michael L. and Delores A. Vaughn Revoc — a straight residential, gas-fired HVAC swap that keeps the same 3-ton capacity. The work, estimated at $13,000, will replace the air handler/coil and condenser (condenser at ground level, equipment in the basement) and the permit has been issued.
