4929 FEYS DR HVAC replacement permit issued
Igloo Heating and Air LLC replaced the gas HVAC system at 4929 Feys Dr for owner Susie S. Barbour, installing a 2.5-ton air handler/coil and condenser/heat pump. The work was a straight replacement with no new ductwork, the equipment sits on Level 1 with the condenser at ground level, the permit is issued, and the project was estimated at $500 (fees of $105 paid).
The city has not published a date for when this began.
