3012 SHALLCROSS WAY HVAC furnace replacement permit issued
Prudential HVAC is replacing a gas furnace at 3012 Shallcross Way for owner Drylie Colin. The permit covers one system: a 5-ton gas furnace (an 80% efficiency model) to be installed in the basement with the outdoor condenser at ground level, and no new ductwork or rooftop units are planned.
