954 ELLISON AVE HVAC system replacement permit issued
Breckinridge Heating & Cooling is swapping out the whole HVAC system at 954 Ellison Ave for owner Wave Capital LLC as a full residential replacement. The work replaces the air handler/coil and an 80% furnace for a single 2.5-ton gas system, with the equipment in the attic and the condenser at ground level. The permit is issued and a final inspection was requested for 01/08/2026.
