9426 Mossy Creek Way: Permit Issued for HVAC Air Handler and Heat Pump
Four Seasons HVAC will replace the HVAC system at 9426 Mossy Creek Way for owner Carol G. Ward, installing a new air handler in the basement and a new heat pump with the condenser at ground level outdoors. The residential replacement is estimated at $8,200—basically a like-for-like electric swap to keep the house cozy.
