1113 Abbeywood Rd HVAC permit issued for AC and furnace replacement
Owners George W. Davis III and Elizabeth A. Davis have an issued permit to replace the AC and furnace at 1113 Abbeywood Rd, with Bryant Heating AC listed as the licensed contractor. The single-system gas replacement (air handler/coil, condenser/heat pump and a 90% furnace) will keep equipment in the basement with the condenser at ground level outdoors, no new ductwork is planned, and the job is estimated at $4,000.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
