4425 Greenbriar Rd furnace replacement permit issued
Bryant Heating AC is replacing the gas furnace for Bryan D. and Amy D. Carter at 4425 Greenbriar Rd. The single-system, 90% furnace will be installed in the basement with the outdoor condenser at ground level, the project is estimated at $2,000 and the permit has been issued.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
