702 OXMOOR WOODS PKY furnace replacement permit issued
Brandon Maggart is replacing the gas furnace at 702 Oxmoor Woods Pkwy for owner Alison H. Maggard, with Bryant Heating AC listed as the licensed contractor and the permit issued. The residential HVAC replacement (one system) is estimated at $2,000, will install an 80% efficiency furnace in the basement with the condenser at ground level, and no new ductwork is proposed.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
