Revenant @ Cedar Creek LLC is getting a big HVAC refresh at 8006 Cedar Creek Rd. Chapman Engineering Corp will install 20 electric split systems with new ductwork on Level 1 and ground‑level condensers, a project valued at about $100,000. The permit is issued, but no certificate of occupancy will be granted until the landscape installation is verified and certified by a Kentucky landscape architect.
