3027 University Rd HVAC replacement permit issued
LAMBS Heating & Air Conditioning (contact: baseballheatmom@aol.com) is replacing the gas furnace at 3027 University Rd for owners Robert and Sheila Fonner. The work is a single 3-ton HVAC replacement — swapping in a 90% efficiency furnace with the condenser at ground level — estimated at $8,700. The permit has been issued and is valid through 12/15/2026, and no inspections are recorded yet, so you might spot installers around the property soon.
