10621 BLACK IRON RD HVAC replacement permit issued
Buffat Services Inc is replacing the gas furnace at 10621 Black Iron Rd for owners Ricky P. and Kathy Harrell. The residential HVAC replacement is a 90% furnace located in the basement with the condenser at ground level, estimated at $4,000. The permit has been issued and notes no new ductwork or rooftop units, so it looks like a straightforward one-for-one furnace swap for the single-family home.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
