14017 ECHO HILL TRL issued for HVAC replacement (air handler, heat pump)

Magruder Heating & Air (contractor John Magruder) is replacing the electric air handler and heat pump at 14017 Echo Hill Trl for owners Charles and Mary Hennis. The single-family system is being downsized from about 3.5 tons to 3 tons, with the air handler in the basement and the condenser at ground level, and the job is estimated at $6,000.
